Complaints Policy

We hope to keep all our clients happy with our services.  In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, then initially please raise your concerns with the person who is working on your matter to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage.

If you are still unhappy you can complain, in writing please, to the following Partners – at Perry Barr:- Anthony Curtis, and at Redditch:- David Wellington – who will investigate your complaint in line with our complaints policy and contact you to talk about the problem.
